1. Introduction

Yee Technologies ("we", "our", "us") built the Vewra mobile application (the "App") as a free-to-use IPTV and radio streaming application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Vewra does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App. There is no login system, no user profiles, and no account creation.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

Vewra does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, serial number, MAC address, advertising ID)
  • Usage analytics or crash reports
  • Location data (GPS or network-based)
  • IP addresses (the App communicates directly with third-party APIs, not through our servers)
  • Browsing or viewing history (watch history is stored locally on your device only)
  • Network traffic or content of streams

The App operates entirely on-device. Yee Technologies does not operate any servers that receive data from the App.

2.3 Local Data Storage

The following information is stored exclusively on your device using standard on-device storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences and local files). This data is never transmitted to Yee Technologies or any third party:

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by going to Settings → Cache → Clear within the App. Cleared data cannot be recovered.

3. Third-Party Services

Vewra fetches content from the following independent third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service:

3.2 TVMaze

  • Purpose: Provides electronic program guide (EPG) schedules and show metadata (posters, summaries, airtimes)
  • Data Sent: None — the App requests schedule data by country code (e.g., ?country=US) and date
  • Privacy Policy: https://www.tvmaze.com/privacy

3.3 radio-browser.info

  • Purpose: Provides radio station listings, stream URLs, tags, and click count tracking
  • Data Sent: When you play a radio station, the App may send a click count request to https://de1.api.radio-browser.info/json/url/{stationUuid} to inform the directory of active stations. No personal data is included in this request.

4. Network Speed Measurement

When auto-quality mode is enabled, the App periodically (every 30 seconds) downloads a small test page from TVMaze to estimate your current network speed. This measurement:

  • Uses approximately 10–50 KB of data per measurement
  • Is performed entirely on-device
  • Is used only to select the optimal stream quality (240p–2160p)
  • Is not stored, logged, or transmitted to any server beyond the initial HTTP request

You can disable auto-quality at any time in Settings → Auto-quality.

5. Data Security

Since Vewra does not collect or transmit personal data to Yee Technologies servers, there are no server-side security concerns related to your data. All locally stored data:

  • Resides within the App's private sandboxed storage directory on your device
  • Is protected by your device's existing security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.)
  • Cannot be accessed by other apps without root/jailbreak privileges
  • Is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the cache from Settings

The parental PIN is stored as plain text in SharedPreferences. While this is within the App's private storage, we recommend using a strong device-level screen lock for additional security.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Some channels available through the App may contain adult content. The App provides a parental PIN lock feature to restrict access to NSFW-marked channels. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to enable this feature if desired (Settings → Parental Control → Set PIN).

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The App displays stream URLs and website links from third-party sources (iptv-org, radio-browser.info, and individual channel providers). These external sites and streams are not operated by Yee Technologies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Post the updated policy within the App and at the URL where this policy is hosted
  • Notify you of material changes through the App interface

We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access: Request information about what data is stored locally (note: we do not hold any data on our servers)
  • Right to Deletion: Delete all locally stored data via Settings → Cache → Clear, or by uninstalling the App
  • Right to Opt-Out: Disable auto-quality measurement in Settings at any time

11. Governing Law
